The typical cause for the dashboard failing to install or launch after installation is due to an antivirus protection service that may be blocking the application from reaching our site.
We have seen this with AVG and Norton. Try disabling the virus protection for a bit to see if that fixes the issue. You should be able to add the CCT application as an exception so that the security system will stop blocking it. Just do a google search for how to add an exception for the security app that you are running.
